The Role
- Teach and support learners aged 16+ in Plumbing up to Level 3
- Share your real-world experience and practical knowledge in a hands‑on environment
- Guide a diverse group of students, including those with SEND and EHCPs
- Foster confidence, skills, and career progression in every learner
- Working with apprentices, Adult learners and school leavers
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified in Plumbing
- Solid trade experience and a desire to teach, train, or assess
- Experience teaching Level 2 & 3 Plumbing and Electrical qualifications
- Experience in delivering Apprenticeships
- Experience working with or supporting SEND learners (ADHD, ODD, ADD, Autism, etc.)
- Commitment to inclusive and accessible education
- Qualified Lecturer or QTLS
