We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated School Business Leader to join our warm and thriving school community. This is a key strategic role as a valued member of the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing and developing the school’s financial and operational infrastructure and playing a pivotal role in driving the school forward as it continues to pursue its exceptional potential.

The successful candidate will be a skilled and experienced professional who combines strong financial and operational expertise with excellent interpersonal skills, enabling both children and adults to thrive.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Working weeks: 41 weeks per year (pro rata)
Contract: Permanent
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a caring, professional and enthusiastic approach to children, families, staff and the wider community.
- Holds a recognised school business management qualification (CSBM or equivalent).
- Has proven experience of successful school finance and resource management.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and an ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Is flexible, analytical and creative in their approach to problem‑solving.
- Has the drive and determination to secure and deploy resources effectively to enrich pupils’ learning and school life.
- Thinks clearly and works confidently with systems to deliver excellent outcomes.
