Singlewell Primary School is looking to appoint a reliable, proactive Site Manager Assistant/Caretaker to help maintain a clean, safe and secure environment for our children, staff and visitors.
Working closely with the Site Manager, Business Manager and wider team, you will take pride in our premises and grounds - supporting day-to-day site operations, carrying out cleaning and basic maintenance, responding to issues quickly, and helping ensure the school remains a welcoming place to learn and work.

- Hours: 22.5 hours per week (split shift 7:00β10:30am and 2:00β6:00pm) β Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
- Contract: Part-time, Fixed Term
- Salary: KSA β Β£24,513 FTE (Actual Β£15,204 pa)
- Reporting to: Site Manager and Business Manager
The Person we are looking for
We are seeking someone who can work flexibly and independently, with good practical skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding and equality. Experience in caretaking, building maintenance, cleaning, basic DIY and site security systems is desirable, along with knowledge of health and safety practices (e.g., COSHH/manual handling/fire safety).
