We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and talented Intervention / Cover Teacher to join our vibrant primary school community. This is a part time (4 days per week), maternity cover (September 2026 – March 2027) and is an exciting opportunity to make a significant difference to pupils' progress by delivering targeted interventions and tailored support to individuals and small groups across the primary age range. The role will also include providing high quality classroom cover for teacher sickness, absence and other planned cover needs, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining high standards across the school.
The successful candidate will be passionate about helping every child achieve their potential, have high expectations for learning and behaviour and be committed to creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences. Working closely with school leaders, you will play a key role in supporting pupil achievement, raising attainment and ensuring pupils receive consistent, effective teaching and support.

Our school is proud to host two integrated specialist provisions supporting a small number of children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Visual Impairment. These pupils are taught within mainstream classes with appropriate specialist support, reflecting our strong commitment to inclusive education.
