We are looking to appoint an exceptional individual to join our team as Head of Health and Social Care at The Robert Napier School. The successful candidate will be an experienced and ambitious leader with a passion for Health & Social Care and a commitment to delivering high-quality education to our students. We want you to inspire students and staff, raise their aspirations, and unlock their potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating excellent leadership and modelling high quality teaching to ensure students can make accelerated progress and use effective resources to deliver the highest standards of learning and achievement for all students.

Responsibilities:

  • Has a passion for helping pupils thrive and meet their full potential.
  • Has a friendly manner and can communicate effectively with staff and pupils.
  • Can work effectively as part of a team but can also work independently using their own initiative.
  • Has experience of working in a similar school.
