Maritime Academy Trust is seeking a Medway Attendance Lead to drive improvements in school attendance across our Medway Hub network.
You will provide strategic leadership and hands-on support to reduce persistent absence and ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.
You'll work with school leaders, safeguarding teams and external partners, analyzing data to target interventions and promote best practice in attendance across campuses.
