Chartham Primary School is a vibrant and caring primary school committed to providing a rich, holistic, and engaging education for all our children. We believe passionately in the power of outdoor learning to foster resilience, confidence, and a deep appreciation for the natural world. Our dedicated and established Forest School site is a valued part of our curriculum, offering unique opportunities for child-led discovery and development in an established and extensive forest school grounds.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and inspirational Forest School Leader to plan and deliver high-quality Forest School sessions for our pupils. Ideally you will have experience and qualifications related to the role, but this is not crucial as we are able to facilitate this if required.

The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for outdoor education, ensuring every session is safe, stimulating, and challenging, allowing children to take calculated risks and develop key life skills. The position is for 4 days per week, with flexibility in terms of working days.
