Folkestone Primary is looking to appoint a highly reliable, efficient and adaptable School Receptionist and Administrator to join our busy school. The position is 37 hours per week, (7.45 - 3.45 Monday - Friday) term time +2 weeks (to include INSET days). Folkestone Primary is part of the innovative Trust, Turner Schools - committed to leading schools where children thrive and knowledge matters.

You will often be the first point of contact for our parents, children and visitors and we therefore expect the successful candidate to:

  • Be passionate about supporting our children and the community
  • Have the ability to make our pupils feel valued and safe
  • Enjoy working as a team
  • Offer enthusiasm and energy to the role
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Have the ability to communicate well (written, face to face, telephone)
  • Be able to organise and prioritise your workload
  • Knowledge of BROMCOM - although training will be given
  • Have experience in updating websites and Facebook
  • Have previous school experience
