We are looking for a dedicated and creative Key Stage 2 teacher to join our friendly team from September. The successful candidate will have high expectations for children's achievement, who can help us continue to move our school forward. They will support our children in their learning to develop the key skills of independence, creativity and perseverance.

We develop all aspects of our school through teamwork and the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to make a full contribution to our key stage curriculum and staff teams. We have achieved the National Nurturing Schools award. We have strong links with our local community and work very closely with the other schools in our collaboration, the Samphire Learning Hub.

In return we will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop their career. We support our teachers to build on their skills by learning from colleagues' good practice, and the continuing professional development of our staff is a priority. Our children are extremely enthusiastic in their learning, with very supportive parents.

This advert is initially for a one year contract. Informal visits to the school are most welcome - please contact Mrs Kearns to arrange a tour. We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers.
