The Howard Academy Trust is seeking a highly effective Executive Finance & Business Manager, to start from September/October 2025. This role will be based within the Central Operations Team of the Trust.
This is a key senior role within our Central Operations Team, working closely with Principals, school staff, and Central Service leads to ensure cohesive delivery and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will bring strong financial expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to contribute to Trust-wide projects and initiatives that support long-term growth and sustainability.
This is a full time, permanentrole, all year round, paid onTier 2: £50,000 – £58,000 per annum.
We welcome flexible working conversations for this role and are able to consider Term Time Only +4/5 weeks per year, additionally flexibility can be considered. Conversationsin advance of employing are welcome.
