Northfleet School for Girls is a vibrant and caring school with a great community feel. Over recent years we have been growing rapidly (62% increase in student roll since 2017) and we believe this is down to the following key areas:

We are seeking a Trips & Events Co-ordinator to support in the smooth running of our Dream Big programme by developing a wide range of trips and events which will support strong personal development for all students. This role will involve close liaison with our Work Experience and Dream Big Co-ordinator and working with a senior leader.

This is a permanent post for 4 days per week and term time only (39 weeks). The working pattern is 08:30 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday.

The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience in a similar role. Previous experience of administration and office systems in an educational environment or setting would be advantageous but training can be provided.

  • Performance management reviews take place annually in September with the opportunity for a performance related pay award once an employee is eligible i.e. has been employed long enough for evidence to be provided.
