Are you enthusiastic, friendly and energetic? Hornbeam Primary School is looking to appoint an efficient and conscientious Office Administrator. The post is on KSB FTE £25,126, Actual Salary £14,424 per annum, for 25 hours per week 8.00am to 1.00pm Monday to Friday, term time only.
We are looking for someone who:
- Relates well to children, parents and outside agencies and is able to establish good relationships
- Is a good team member willing to share ideas and skills
- Has very good organisation skills and shows initiative
- Has very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has very good IT skills and knowledge
- A knowledge of Pupil Asset or school based electronic systems
- Understands the need for all work to be confidential
- Is committed to the school, and is willing to contribute and support school events
