At Ripplevale School, we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and resilient Learning Support Assistant at our Upper School in Ripple, Deal for our Secondary pupils. If you are passionate about working with children with ASD, then this role is for you. The post is full time. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 3.45pm, term time only, plus inset hours for training. Start date: 1st September 2026.
Our pupils cover a wide range of academic abilities, as a Learning Support Assistant you will be supporting pupils with autism in all areas of the curriculum under the guidance of the class teacher. We encourage visits to our schools, and would love for you to come and meet our wonderful children and staff and see us in action.

- Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and the successful candidate, as per KCSIE will also be subjected to have an online search undertaken, this is also considered for all shortlisted candidates.
