ECTs welcome to apply. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated staff who work hard to ensure that every child is supported and challenged to aspire to be the best they can be. We pride ourselves on the nurturing atmosphere and Christian ethos that is experienced by everyone who works in, or visits, our school. We are a small, rural church school, with 5 classes; however, we operate within a larger, dynamic Multi Academy Trust. Northbourne was a founding Academy member of the Deal Education Alliance for Learning Trust (DEALT) which is a MAT of eight local primary schools within Deal and the surrounding villages. This unique and exciting collaboration of local schools are working together to ensure the very best outcomes for all pupils and their families within our town.

Whilst your teaching post will be at Northbourne, your contract will be with DEALT. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity, we would love to welcome you to our unique, rural setting.
