Oakfield Primary Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Nursery Group Lead to join our talented and supportive team!

The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 4.00pm, with a 36 minute unpaid break each day.
The full time salary is paid at Kent Scheme C, £26,956 (September 2026 pay), pro-rata to an actual salary of £22,997.90 based on 38 weeks per year, term time only.
We are looking for someone who is/has
- able to contribute to, and work as part of a team
- ideally has experience working with children with learning difficulties or delivering interventions
- passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential
- a minimum of a level 3 Early Years qualification
- committed to high expectations of children's learning and behaviour
- excellent communication and personal skills and a flexible attitude.
