Chilmington Green School is a co-educational, non-selective Secondary school which opened in September 2023. It will grow to become a 6-form entry school with a sixth form of 240 pupils. The school will build on United Learning’s successful track record locally and nationally, providing an excellent secondary education for local children. The successful candidate will join the school at a key point in the school’s growth as our new, state-of-the-art building will open in September 2025. Furthermore, being part of a newly establishing school offers excellent professional development and future career prospects.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Cluster Data Assistant to join our growing Ashford cluster, supporting Wye and Chilmington Green Schools. You will be working as part of a close-knit team that works hard to ensure the smooth running of the schools’ Data function. This role involves producing student assessment reports, supporting senior leaders with data verification, and presenting data in useful formats for stakeholders.
You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting our MIS system, Arbor, and managing timetables, detention rotas, and admissions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with advanced Excel skills, capable of working independently and under pressure, while maintaining high attention to detail. Experience with school management systems and GDPR compliance is desirable.
