About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed teaching assistant to join our warm and supportive Early Years team. The successful candidate will be passionate about children’s learning, development and wellbeing, and committed to delivering high-quality early education within a nurturing Catholic environment.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Has at least 2 years’ experience which can include a strong understanding of the EYFS
- Is professional, creative and passionate about children’s learning
- Values child-led and outdoor learning, with high-quality adult–child interactions
- Has excellent communication skills
- Works effectively as part of a caring and collaborative team
- Can provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children feel secure and thrive
- Is flexible and committed to the wider life of the school
