Temple Mill Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Learning Support Assistant - Child Linked to join the Teaching and Learning Department, to start from September 2026. Our successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, uphold the highest standards in all aspects of their work, and work closely with the Classroom Teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support, helping pupils to access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve their individual learning goals.

This is a part‑time, fixed‑term temporary role for 1 year, with the potential to become permanent. It is term‑time only and will be paid on the NJC Pay Scale D2 point 4 – 11 (FTE £25,185.00‑£28,142.00, pro‑rata equivalent £15,794.36‑£17,648.79 per annum). The working pattern will consist of 27.75 hours per week, Monday‑Thursday 8:40 am‑3:05 pm, Friday 8:40 am‑12:45 pm, with a 30‑minute unpaid break each day except Friday.
