This is not a traditional attendance role. This is a unique strategic leadership opportunity where you will influence whole-school improvement through attendance, safeguarding, admissions, family engagement and community relations. You will be a key member of our wider leadership team, working directly with the Headteacher, safeguarding leaders and governors to improve outcomes for children and families. The role includes acting as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and leading the school's admissions and family engagement strategy.
