Our mission is to ensure that every child and young person receives personalised, nurturing, and effective learning that enables them to re-engage, rebuild confidence, and thrive.
We are now seeking a Referrals & Engagement Officer to join our team; someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting positive outcomes for children, families, and tutors.
About the Role
This is a key coordination role at the heart of our service. You will manage the full referrals journey – from the moment a referral arrives, to confirming decisions, allocating tutors, and ensuring tuition begins smoothly and on time. You will be the central link between families, caseworkers, tutors, and internal teams, ensuring that communication is timely, clear, and sensitive.
In addition to managing referrals, you will also play a vital role in supporting and engaging our tutors. You’ll help ensure they have the information, guidance, and professional support needed to deliver high‑quality tuition and feel valued as part of our community.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured processes, effective communication, and meaningful work that contributes to better outcomes for vulnerable young people.
