We are recruiting for catering team members to produce and serve food for students and staff. Work daytime shifts, leaving weekends and evenings free for a great work‑life balance. Working hours: 13.15 – 14.30, Monday to Friday.
Duties to include:
- Help accept, store and check stock.
- Use tills and handle cash accurately and reliably.
- Ensure meals are cooked and served in a timely manner following safe food hygiene standards; provide well‑balanced meals at designated times and adequate choice.
- Assist with cooking, serving meals and cleaning of kitchen area as appropriate, in order to provide an effective service.
- Attend training courses as required.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
- Be passionate about producing fresh food to a high standard.
- Be a good communicator.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Enjoy working with young people.
- Comply with health and safety and hygiene standards.
