EKC Group is seeking a Group Director of Inclusion to champion a culture where every learner is valued, supported and empowered to succeed across the college group.
You will lead inclusion, work with local authority to meet SEND duties, and drive transition and education strategies for students facing barriers.
Reporting to the Assistant CEO, you will shape curriculum strategy, establish procedures for learners with barriers, and manage a team of SEND staff.
