  • Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our dedicated pastoral team to support the work of existing staff in supporting students in our school.

This will involve building relationships with specific students and supporting them when they are dysregulated, providing roaming support to teachers to maintain a calm and purposeful learning environment, and being the lead person in our small off-site provision at times.

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage and being passionate about supporting young people and our community is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships with identified students and provide support when they are dysregulated.
  • Provide roaming support to teachers to help maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment.
  • Act as the lead person in the small off-site provision when required.
  • Collaborate with staff to support the inclusion and wellbeing of pupils.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Strong commitment to supporting young people and the school community.
  • Hard-working, professional with excellent communication and organisational skills.
