Aylesford School is seeking a Pastoral Support Manager to support students in Years 8 and 9.

You will work closely with Heads of Year, teaching staff and the pastoral team to promote attendance, behavior and readiness to learn in a busy secondary setting.

The role focuses on early intervention, practical support and clear expectations, with an approachable, resilient and solution-focused mindset to help students thrive.
