We are delighted to announce the launch of a brand-new provision for two-year-olds within our maintained nursery as we lower our age range to expand the high-quality education and care we offer. We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and nurturing Early Years Practitioner to help us shape this exciting new chapter.

About the Role

As Room Leader and part of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in establishing and delivering an engaging, caring, and developmentally appropriate environment for our youngest learners. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the creation and growth of a new setting from the very beginning.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a recognised (minimum) Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Has experience working with children aged two years
  • Demonstrates a warm, responsive, and child-centred approach
  • Has strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
  • Can contribute to a safe, stimulating learning environment
  • Ideally holds Full Paediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Working hours - Monday to Friday ideally 8am-3:25pm (although an 8:30am start time will be considered) term time only (39 weeks). Our EYFS team meet on a Tuesday after the school day and finish at 5pm.
