Overview
The T3 School is a small, independent, specialist school offering education to students with special educational needs, including social, emotional and/or behavioural difficulties from age eleven through to sixteen.
As our provision grows, we are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and inspiring English Teacher to join our expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference by delivering engaging lessons to students with a diverse range of SEND needs, supporting them to develop literacy, communication, and life skills they need for success beyond school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to help grow the school and shape your subject. You will be working with children, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Our smaller, more personal setting provides an environment where our learners can thrive and succeed in a warm, safe space.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to students with a range of learning difficulties, helping them reach their full academic and personal potential.
Qualifications and experience
- Teaching qualification is desirable; however, for the right candidate, relevant teaching experience in a similar role and SEN environment would be considered equally relevant.
