The predicted salary is between 24206 - 26956 £ per year.

Location: Based at Broomhill Bank School (West), Tunbridge Wells, with travel across both school sites as required (Tunbridge Wells and Hextable).

Hours: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per annum.

Salary: Kent Scheme Grade (KSC) £24,206.48 pro-rata to £26,956.00 per annum.

Broomhill Bank School is seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-focused Admissions, EHCP and Student Data Services Co-Ordinator to play a vital role in supporting our students, families and staff. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to coordinate admissions, Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes, annual reviews, consultations, transition arrangements and student records management. Working closely with senior leaders, local authorities, parents and external agencies, you will ensure all statutory and administrative processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and within required timescales.

Desirable

  • Knowledge and understanding of the EHCP process and SEND legislation
  • Experience using SIMS or other Management Information Systems
  • Experience of Applicaa admissions software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Previous experience working within a school, education or local authority setting
