Sandwell College is seeking a highly qualified, experienced and inspirational Lecturer in Management and Leadership to join our dynamic and rapidly growing School of Management and Inclusive Leadership.

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver innovative, employment-focused programmes that equip learners with the skills, confidence and professional expertise needed to excel in management and leadership roles.

The role includes teaching across daytime, evening and online synchronous provision and will require the regular delivery of at least two evening sessions per week.

The successful candidate will also contribute to employer engagement activities, curriculum development and the continued growth of the College's management and leadership provision.

Working alongside a high-performing team, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of leaders while contributing to the continued growth and success of one of the College’s most ambitious curriculum areas.
