We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer in ESOL, Maths & Functional Skills to join the ESOL 16–18 department at Sandwell College on a fixed-term, full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maths or Functional Skills practitioner who is passionate about supporting learners within the further education sector.

You will play a key role in delivering engaging and high-quality Maths and Functional Skills provision to ESOL learners, helping students to develop the numeracy, confidence and employability skills required for progression into further study, employment and everyday life.

Working closely with the Head of Section and wider curriculum team, you will contribute to the continued development of the provision, ensuring learners receive an outstanding educational experience that supports achievement, retention and progression.

Please note: Due to the summer break interviews will be due to take place w.c. 17th August 2026.
