About the Role
You’ll support our Sales and Production teams by handling customer enquiries, preparing pricing information and keeping jobs moving smoothly through the business.
Key Responsibilities within Sales and Production support
- Respond to customer emails and calls professionally
- Provide accurate pricing, lead times and job status updates
- Liaise with Production, Quality and other teams to track progress
- Prepare quotations, proposals and responses to enquiries
- Keep clear records of communications, quotes and job updates
- Update internal systems with order details and progress notes
- Assist with sales reports, schedules and general documentation
- Represent Sandwell with accuracy, service and professionalism
