We are therefore looking to recruit a Support Officer – Finance and Data who is professional, enthusiastic and has a customer‐orientated approach to work within the central team and to be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
- Day‐to‐day processing and monitoring of financial requirements to meet SMBC and external contractual obligations, including procurement systems (Oracle) alongside SAFL's internal financial processes.
- Monitoring financial information, including ledgers.
- Managing the raising of invoices for the collection of fees and charges made to employers or stakeholders.
- Supporting the accurate recording and interrogation of data on the Management Information System (MIS), ensuring data validity and correcting any inaccuracies or discrepancies, including course creation and learner enrolments.
Qualifications
- 2 years' experience of organising and monitoring within a finance role.
- 2 years' experience of organising admin procedures and utilising data.
- GCSE English Grade A‐C/4‐9 or equivalent (e.g. National Qualifications Adult Literacy Level 2).
- GCSE Maths Grade A‐C/4‐9 or equivalent (e.g. National Qualifications Adult Numeracy Level 2).
