Sandwell's Registration Services are seeking to appoint a Registration Officer to be part of our Register Office team based at Highfields House in West Bromwich.
- Delivering birth, death and marriage registrations, taking notices of marriage and civil partnership
- Facilitating marriage and civil partnership ceremonies, supporting Citizenship Ceremonies
- Managing reception and customer enquiries, producing certificates and official documentation
- Undertaking a range of administrative duties to support the smooth and efficient operation of the Register Office
GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths - Experience of working in an administration office
- Experience of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent telephony skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
In this role, you will enjoy working with customers and delivering excellent customer service in a busy front-line environment.
