- Monitor and report the progression of the Sandwell people in their own development.
- Identify progression into employment following support Work on externally funded contracts that aim to move residents closer to the labour market
Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Level 3 or equivalent. - A minimum of 2-years' experience of working within the Post 16 Education and Learning and/or Employment and Skills Area
- Mentoring, coaching support and managing a caseload.
