Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a motivated Visitor Services Assistant to support the daily operations of our museum sites. This role involves delivering exceptional customer care and public service, working with visitors from diverse backgrounds.

You will join a creative team facilitating events and activities, setting up resources, and providing guided tours. The position requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. A total of 22.5 hours per week will be assigned to a flexible rota.
