The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an efficient, customer-focused service reception. This will include receiving and processing all vehicles and plant items into the workshops for servicing, repairs, and inspections. The role also involves handling and filing supplier invoices for payment approval, managing the internal hire fleet to maximise vehicle utilisation (including arranging external hires when required), and coordinating accident damage reports and insurance claims.

- Educated to level 2 or a minimum of 2 years' experience in one or more of the following areas
