We are seeking an organised and detail-focused System & Project Officer to provide systems and operational support within the Asset Management & Maintenance Service. The role supports repairs systems, performance monitoring, and service processes, working with managers, officers, and contractors to assist the effective coordination of repairs activity.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining electronic repairs systems and work schedulers to support efficient allocation of work and achievement of agreed timescales.
- Coordinating repairs activity and supporting the adjustment of workloads and resources to assist service delivery.
- Producing performance, statistical, and operational information to support managers and service reporting.
- Providing systems, technical, and administrative support to Repair Managers and Neighbourhood Repair Officers.
- Supporting staff and contractors with system use, including inductions, training activity, and resolving system-related issues.
- Supporting service processes including procurement activity, asset and transport records, compliance awareness, and customer communication.
Requirements
- GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Experience in a systems, planning, or operational support role within a busy service environment.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately, manage competing tasks, and work to agreed timescales.
- Ability to produce reports, statistical information, or performance data to support service activity.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
