We are an Adult and Community Learning Provider working to help, encourage and support individuals to make the best of their lives, overcome barriers to their progression in learning and work, and make informed and rewarding decisions about employment and education.

Responsibilities

  • The day‑to‑day processing and monitoring of financial requirements to meet SMBC and external contractual obligations, including procurement systems (Oracle) alongside SAFL’s internal financial processes and monitoring of financial information including ledgers.
  • To manage the raising of invoices for the collection of fees and charges made to employers or stakeholders.
  • To support the accurate recording and interrogation of data on the Management Information System (MIS), ensure the validity of data and action corrections of any inaccuracies or discrepancies, including course creation and learner enrollments.

Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience of organising and monitoring within a finance role.
  • 2 years’ experience of organising admin procedures and utilising data.
  • GCSE English Grade A-C/4-9 or equivalent (e.g. National Qualifications Adult Literacy Level 2).
  • GCSE Maths Grade A-C/4-9 or equivalent (e.g. National Qualifications Adult Numeracy Level 2).
