A Fixed term opportunity has arisen for a Social Care Co-ordinator within the Enquiry team for 12 months. We are looking for a committed and values-driven Social Care Co-ordinator to join this team. This role is key to delivering an enhanced customer experience that promotes wellbeing for local residents in their communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring high standards of practice, quality, and performance.
  • Respond promptly to urgent enquiries, including safeguarding alerts.
  • Carry out specific duties as directed by the line manager to support the team’s objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the Team Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Promote effective partnership working and service integration.
  • Provide supervision and support to team members.
