  • Engage with Sandwell people to access employment and training that will support them on their employment journey Mentor and support Sandwell people within their activities, training and/or workplace, ensuring commitment to their career pathway.
  • Monitor and report the progression of the Sandwell people in their own development.
  • Identify progression into employment following support Work on externally funded contracts that aim to move residents closer to the labour market
    Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Level 3 or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2-years' experience of working within the Post 16 Education and Learning and/or Employment and Skills Area
  • Mentoring, coaching support and managing a caseload.
