The Role
The Organisational Development and Projects Partner will play a pivotal role in driving the college's strategic initiatives related to staff development and organisational growth. This position requires a professional with strong data analysis and reporting skills, coupled with a passion for Learning & Development (L&D). The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to design, implement, and evaluate programs that enhance employee performance and support the college's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and interpret HR and organisational data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators related to staff development and organisational effectiveness.
- Utilise data insights to recommend improvements in L&D programs and organisational processes.
- Design and deliver innovative L&D initiatives that align with the college's strategic objectives.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with department heads.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Lead and manage organisational development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change management initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support organisational development initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on matters related to staff development, organisational culture, and change management.
- Respond flexibly to the changing needs and priorities of the HR service.
