With new leadership, fresh opportunities, and a bold strategic plan, we are looking for talented Executive Assistants to play a vital role in supporting our senior leaders and helping shape the future of our organisation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide an effective and efficient personal assistant role to the Executive Team including secretarial, clerical and administrative support.
- Be a first line of contact for enquiries from internal and external sources, assessing and handling queries in full.
- Responsible for the Executive Team diaries including scheduling recurring routine meetings, managing and handling papers for a wide variety of boards and meetings.
- Planning and preparing for events, working in collaboration with other departments and external parties.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships and liaising effectively with the College’s internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Team and wider SLT.
- Support and deputise for the Senior Executive Assistant as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Significant experience as a PA or EA, supporting senior executives in the public or private sector.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence liaising at all levels.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
- High attention to detail and strong IT skills to support effective administration.
