Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in offices, classrooms, and event spaces to agreed standards.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning glass, windows, and mirrors.
- Carry out occasional deep cleaning tasks, ensuring health and safety compliance, such as handling bodily fluids and periodic holiday cleaning.
- Report issues, damages, or hazards and adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Manage building security, access, and cleaning equipment while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support the organisation's objectives and take part in training to stay updated with industry practices.
- Undertake other duties as directed by management, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in cleaning within an industrial, educational, or similar environment is preferred and advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and the public.
