Key Responsibilities:
- Support employer growth and position the College as a competitive, innovative leader in the sector.
- Maximise the potential of the sales team by developing strategic sales plans.
- Work alongside the Head of Business Development to achieve ambitious targets.
- Raise the College’s profile, forge new networks, and promote our full range of training and development services to large employers.
- Actively generate new business leads, nurture existing employer relationships, and identify opportunities for bespoke training solutions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- A strong track record in sales, particularly in engaging large employers and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience within the education sector is essential.
- Ability to compile and present clear reports on sales activity and performance.
