Cadbury College is looking for a Student Support Officer to join the Student Services team at Cadbury College campus on a full-time fixed-term basis for the 2026/2027 academic year. The role is based on a 39-week term-time schedule with a focus on creating a safe, positive and supportive environment where every learner can thrive.

You will be a visible presence, promote Respect, Responsibility and Ready to Learn, build strong learner relationships and support attendance and behaviour.
