Sandwell College is seeking a dedicated NEET Employability Lecturer to plan, deliver and assess engaging work-skills programmes for learners not in education, employment or training. This fixed-term, part-time post reports to the Head of Section / Programme Lead and aims to re-engage young people into education or work.
You will plan inclusive sessions, assess progress, provide one-to-one mentoring, and work with families and external partners to support progression.
