Description

Join our dedicated Admissions Team as an Admissions Support Officer and help us deliver a smooth and welcoming admissions experience for every applicant. This is a permanent full-time, with the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to potential learners, staff and visitors.
  • Process applications efficiently and accurately, ensuring data is entered and maintained to a high standard.
  • Liaise with curriculum teams to organise interviews and support applicants throughout their journey.
  • Support key College events including open days, interviews and enrolment.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including post handling, reception duties, and switchboard cover.
  • Handle financial transactions in line with College procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all College policies, including Health and Safety and Data Protection.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or reception-based role (preferably in education or customer service).
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work well as part of a busy team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and attention to detail.
