About The Role
We are looking for an EMEA Product Manager (Omega) to take regional ownership of the Omega product portfolio across EMEA. In this role, you will drive product strategy, lifecycle management, and value creation in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain. This is a regional, cross‑functional role with strong visibility and impact, suited for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and a customer‑centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the Omega portfolio in EMEA, aligned with global and regional priorities
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from market insight and business case through launch, optimization, and phase‑out
- Act as the key link between EMEA markets and Production Units, ensuring alignment between market needs, product specifications, and manufacturing capabilities
- Translate customer and market requirements into clear product requirements in close collaboration with Production Units and R&D
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing on go‑to‑market activities, including positioning, pricing, launches, and sales enablement
- Engage directly with EMEA markets and Mining and Tunneling customers, requiring regular travel across the region
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth and improvement opportunities
- Support regional sales teams with product expertise and key customer engagements
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mining, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Proven product management experience, preferably in an industrial, technical, or B2B environment
- Experience managing products across markets and Production Units, balancing customer needs, market requirements, and manufacturing realities
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, combined with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented mindset
- Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix and international environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with Production, R&D, and commercial teams
- Customer‑focused with solid commercial understanding
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time within the EMEA region and beyond
