Your attention to detail will ensure products meet our standards for finish, appearance and quality before dispatch. Prepare surfaces for touch-up painting through sanding, masking and cleaning. Work with production and quality colleagues to resolve recurring defects and reduce rework. Maintain safe, tidy work areas and comply with all health, safety, environmental requirements, including COSHH, and Sandvik quality standards.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in paint touch-up, spray painting, wet painting or finishing.
- Experience matching colours and maintaining consistent finishes to cosmetic quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience repairing paint finishes on industrial components, vehicles or heavy equipment.
- Familiarity with paint mixing ratios and technical data sheets.
Work Environment
On-site coating shed and manufacturing environment in Ballygawley. Day shift, 40 hours per week Monday-Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm, Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm.
