Sandvik is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead powder production across the UK and Sweden, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable operations while driving growth and operational excellence.
We expect strategic thinking, strong change leadership, budgeting and CAPEX management, and the ability to develop diverse site leadership teams to deliver high performance across both sites.
Regular travel to Sweden will be required, and you will report to the Senior Leadership Team.
