Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions, Mobile Crushing & Screening Division is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives. The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for:

  • Checking off/put away of parts within the Goods In function
  • Accurate picking and packing of parts
  • Contributing to departmental OKR’s by accurately checking off and putting away parts into location
  • Ensuring a high level of accuracy when picking and packing in a timely manner for customer orders
  • Being aware of the onsite Health and Safety rules and procedures and reporting all EHS hazards & incidents
  • Reporting any quality issues at the earliest point within the process

When needed, you may be required to help in other functions within the wider logistics team and will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Capable of working on own initiative
  • Trained and experienced on safe operation of forklifts, pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment
  • Experience using Barcodes/handheld scanners devices
  • Experience using an ERP system
  • Experience in cycle counting/stock checking
